In a move coming not that suprising to many, the RIAA has sued AllofMP3.  What is suprising is the amount they have sued for.  1.65 trillion dollars.  Click to read more.

Although it operates in Russia, the RIAA believes this company must follow US copyright law.  They are seeking $150,000 for each copyright infringement (read: each song AllofMP3 hosts).  With around 11 million songs, you can see how this number gets astronomically high.  Will the RIAA succeed?  Stay tuned for the details.  In the meantime, always remember the following:
